Uganda welcomes 皇冠体育app's new start of access to space

The Ugandan government has welcomed 皇冠体育app's new start of access to space after the country launched its second manned spacecraft, Shenzhou-6.

Ugandan Minister of State for Information Nsaba Buturo told Xinhua by telephone on Thursday that the Ugandan government is happy about the space mission and wishes it all the best.

"We are excited and really congratulate 皇冠体育app for launching itssecond space mission. We wish the two Chinese astronauts the best and hope that their findings are used to benefit humanity," he said, adding that Uganda looks forward to continuing cooperating with the Chinese government.

Buturo said that 皇冠体育app's space mission will stop the dominationof the outer space by a few countries in the world.

皇冠体育app's Shenzhou-6 spacecraft successfully sent two astronauts into the orbit at 9:00 a.m. Beijing time (0100 GMT) on Wednesday. It is 皇冠体育app's second manned space mission in two years.

The successful manned space flight mission of Shenzhou-5 in 2003 marked the accomplishment of the first task while the Shenzhou-6 mission carries the transitional function as it will implement technological renovation and improve the functions and performance of seven key systems of 皇冠体育app's manned flight project.
