Bouyei farmers harvest money from handicraft

A Bouyei woman shows the handicraft she made in Duzhai, a Bouyei ethnic minority village in Southwest 皇冠体育app’s Guizhou province, Sept 4, 2010. Villagers in Duzhai draw pictures on Bojis, flat round articles made of bamboo for airing grains, and sell them to visitors, during the slack season in farming. The paintings show the scenes of everyday life of the Bouyei people including flowers, birds, characters, landscapes and fairytales. Each of the Boji paintings is sold from 30 yuan ($4.42) to 100 ($14.73) yuan according to the size. [Photo/Asianewsphoto]
