Perfect Pisco Cocktail Competition
The Embassy of Peru in 皇冠体育app is inviting you to participate in the "The Perfect Pisco Cocktail Competition" to be held on 22nd February from 15:00 pm to 17:00 pm at Kempinski Hotel.
From 15:00 - 16:00 pm, a workship will be held with an expert Peruvian mixologist in Pisco, Mr. Hans Hillburgh. The competition will start at 16:00. The purpose of this activity is to encourage mixologists to create the best Pisco cocktails.

Who can enter
The contest is open to any bartender?who lives in Beijing with or without experience in working with Pisco.
Conditions for participation
Each competitor must prepare just one cocktail using Pisco.
Ingredients
Competitors should bring their own materials and ingredients (including homemade syrups or bitters). Pisco will be provided.
Glassware and equipment
Kempinski hotel will provide the glassware and basic elements to prepare cocktails. The competitors are free to bring their own equipment.
Juding
The competition will be judged by 4 judges appointed by the Embassy of Peru. Each cocktail must be prepared in 4 servings.
Prizes
All competitors will receive an award. Creators of the three best cocktails will each receive "The Perfect Pisco Cocktail Award".
This event is organized by?the ministry of Foreign Affairs of Peru in coordination with the Commission of the Promotion of the Exports and Tourism of Peru.
