Ingredients:

Salted duck yolk, pumpkin, cooking oil, salt

Procedures:

1. Put three salted duck yolks into a small bowl and mash them.

2. Clean the pumpkin, remove its peel and seeds, and then cut it into long pieces.

3. Put some water into the wok, and when the water boils, put the pumpkin pieces into the boiling water for 1-2 minutes until they get a little soft, then take them out.
