The capital's best chefs and dishes will be under intense scrutiny after Life Style Media Group launched a restaurant and food competition.

Sponsored by Tsingtao Draft Beer, the event’s launch was attended by food connoisseurs, stars of entertainment, and celebrity chefs.

皇冠体育app Cuisine Association’s deputy director Bian Jiang, Taiwan folk art expert Huang Yongsong and master chef Li Qigui were among those who launched the competition.

Food lovers, experts and editors will be sent out to inspect restaurants anonymously. After their mission has been completed, the 55 best dishes and 10 top chefs will be selected.
