Chestnut cake 栗子蛋糕
Made from ground chestnuts on the inside and piped cream on the outside, this pastry is in the shape of a small round cake. The contrast of light brown chestnut and fresh cream has made the cake a crowd favorite. Throughout the years, chestnut cake has become one of Kaisiling's star products.
Vinas cookies 维纳斯饼干
This is one of Kaisiling's most well-known cookies. The two shortbreads stuck together with chocolate paste are an ideal snack for kids and older people as they melt immediately in the mouth. The quantity of the ingredients used have very precise measures, a result of several hundred tests. A little more or less of each material will make the cookie less tasty or in the wrong shape.
Ice Cake 雪藏蛋糕
As its name implies, the baked cake will taste best after being put into the refrigerator. Made from New Zealand butter, the cakes have a fine and smooth taste, with an exquisite, creamy flavor.
