Cakebread wine dinner
Bruce Cakebread, president of the eponymous California winery and the president of the Napa Valley Vintner's Association, will introduce his wines to diners at a pairing dinner at Morton's Beijing on March 22. The four-course dinner includes a chilled seafood platter, grilled petit lamb chop, center-cut filet mignon with pan-fried foie gras and a chocolate trio dessert, each paired with a Cakebread vintage.
