A little taste of venison

The Westin Beijing Chaoyang invited internationally acclaimed chef Graham Brown all the way from New Zealand to Beijing to add venison on its menu for one week only. Brown prefers to call himself a "deer farmer", and enjoys the quiet country life, where he now works on his 25-acre deer farm on the outskirts of Christchurch. The special venison dishes he creates are available until Saturday evening at the hotel's restaurant Grange Grill, which has always been promoting good quality meats.
