III. Project Description:
It is planned to establish an annual production capacity of 2 million tons of carbinol by taking coal as raw materials and adopting Deshgu coal gasification technologies, compositive carbinol technologies of Germany Lurgi and 3-towers fine distillation process, to form an annual production capacity of 0.6 million tons propylene，0.18 million tons gasoline and 0.08 million tons petroleum fluidified gas by use of technologies from carbinol to propylene, of Germany Lurgi．The raw coal, 2.71 million tons annual demands, will be provided by Yushen Mining Area.
IV. Total Investment and Cooperation Form:
The total investment of the project is about us US$ 1.165 billion. Multiple cooperation forms can be adopted, such as sole investment, joint venture, cooperation and etc.
V. Anticipation of Market and Investment Return:
In 2002，the domestic. Output of propylene was 5.32 million tons with domestic satisfaction rate of 48%. It is predicted that before 2010, the annual increase rate of propylene will be 15％with a better market prospect. The annual average sales income of the project will be US$ 367 million，the internal return rate of 13.8%．The investment return period will be8.6 years.
