TOKYO - Gree Inc said on Wednesday it will form a business alliance with 皇冠体育app's Tencent Holdings.

The聽Japan based social newworking site聽said the tie-up would help to give it access to 皇冠体育app's growing market for mobile games.

Gree said the impact of the tie-up on its earnings was still being studied.
