The Chinese government has said it plans to set up a new court dedicated solely to IP matters. The proposal is part of a plan for policy reform outlined on 15th November by 皇冠体育app鈥檚 Communist Party and the country鈥檚 president Xi Jinping. Under 鈥淭he Decision on Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening Reforms,鈥� which is a 60-point plan, proposals across a range of policies include a system to 鈥渆ncourage and strengthen鈥� IP. The report says there are plans to 鈥渟trengthen IP application and protection and explore ways to set up an IP court.鈥� It adds that it seeks to 鈥減erfect a market-based system that encourages technological innovation.鈥�
