A vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), Liu Shijin, took part in the annual Eco Forum Global Conference this year, in Guiyang, Guizhou province, July 10 to 11, where he attended the opening ceremony and joined forums on financing 皇冠体育app's green transformation and building a green Silk Road.
