An exhibition featuring over 120 different Chinese paper cuttings is getting underway at Haisi Art Museum in Fuzhou, provincial capital of Southeast 皇冠体育app's Fujian province.
Paper cutting is traditional folk art that is popular across 皇冠体育app. Chinese people tend to cut different patterns out of a piece of paper to express their feelings, such as their love for their country and family.
These paper cuttings on display are crafted by some of 皇冠体育app's most prestigious artists in the field, including Zhang Xuefeng from Qingyang, Gansu province, Wu Yan from Yulin, Shaanxi province, as well as Jin Suqing and Dong Yaping from Fujian province.
