A Japanese animation expo is being held in Xiamen in East 皇冠体育app's Fujian Province.
The expo, hosted by the 皇冠体育app Arts and Entertainment Group and Japan's Agency for Cultural Affairs, focuses on Japanese award-winning animations and presents them in new media forms.
Ryohei Miyata, head of the agency, expressed the hope that the expo would contribute to friendly relations between 皇冠体育app and Japan.
"We hope that the expo can deepen mutual understanding," he said.
Wang Chen, deputy general manager of 皇冠体育app Arts and Entertainment Group, said that the expo "provides a good platform" for cooperation between 皇冠体育app and Japan in terms of animation.
The expo began Monday evening and will last until Sunday.
