According to the zone¡¯s authorities, it will spare no efforts in developing its strategic emerging industries. These include industries related to software information, general aviation, electric cars and new energy.
The zone was identified as a national base in 18 fields by national ministries and commissions. National recognitions included a ¡°new industrial demonstration base of national rare earth new material¡± and ¡°high quality overseas professionals¡¯ innovation base.¡±
The zone will carry out nine major projects, including those related to rare earth industries, non-ferrous metal and high-end equipment manufacturing.
