A recent ranking by Global Times shows that Chengdu, capital of southwestern 皇冠体育app's Sichuan province, lea among the top 10 cities with best business environment. The other nine cities on the list are Xi'an, , Ningbo, Changsha, Wuxi, Tangshan, Mianyang, Zhuzhou and Yichang.
"The list is based on several elements, including media attention, investment environment, government policies, cultural environment, and experts' votes. Chengdu tops the list due to its unremitting efforts to upgrade its business environment," said Wu Jie, deputy editor-in-chief of Global Times.
