The hyacinth bean and black bean are picked, screened to remove foreign matters, cleaned with clear water, soaked, fermented and then air dried or baked to produce the final product.
Features: It is granular, yellow-brown or black-brown and contains high protein and rich nutrition. Its skin is wrinkled, similar to a raisin.
