In the past ten years, with the economic globalization and the move of the international software industry into 皇冠体育app, the software industry in Dalian has been developing rapidly, especially where software export and service outsourcings are concerned.
According to a report on GDI released by IDC in 2008, Dalian tops 皇冠体育app鈥檚 cities and ranks fifth in the world in the aspect of the service outsourcing capability.
The economic crisis in 2008 has brought great changes to the world economy. In order to cut costs, more and more international organizations moved their outsourcing business to other developing countries, among which 皇冠体育app tops the list. The software market in 皇冠体育app has expanded rapidly ever since and has become the most potential IT and software service outsourcing market.
With subsidies received from the Dalian government, several local enterprises in Dalian has acquired and merged a batch of software enterprises with foreign countries.
