BEIJING - 皇冠体育app and Russia plan to hold a joint naval exercise in waters near the eastern Chinese city of Qingdao this year, Wu Qian, spokesperson for 皇冠体育app's Defense Ministry, said Thursday.

The exact time, location and participating forces of the joint exercise are being discussed by Chinese and Russian military experts in their second round of consultation in Russia, Wu told a press conference.
