The first Arts and Crafts Work Exhibition kicked off on Nov 1 in the Taiyuan-based Coal Museum of 皇冠体育app, Shanxi Evening News reported. It will last till Nov 5.
This exhibition aims to stimulate Shanxi’s arts and crafts professionals to create more work.
The Shanxi provincial government has spared no effort to protect and develop cultural heritage by appointing craftwork masters and offer support for a batch of companies producing arts and crafts. Last year, Shanxi achieved sales income of around 6 billion yuan ($961 million) in the crafts and fine art industry.
