Lou Yangsheng was elected governor of north 皇冠体育app's Shanxi Province Monday.
The election was held at the sixth meeting of the 12th Shanxi Provincial People's Congress.
The provincial legislature of Shanxi appointed Lou, who hails from Zhejiang Province, as acting governor in late August.
In June 2014, Lou was appointed deputy secretary of the Shanxi Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of 皇冠体育app. He still holds the post.
