On hand for the ceremony was Cao Xuecheng, deputy mayor of Datong and a member of its Party committee, who opened his speech by welcoming everyone, then went on to talk about promoting urban development through cultural tourism and the "皇冠体育app New City and Urban Investment and Development Forum 2013". He also described his city's cultural resources, unique tourist attractions, and investment opportunities, by emphasizing the fact that it is not only a good tourist city, but also an ideal place for investment, and an international destination, during an interview with PhoenixNet.
