According to the Bureau of Science and Technology Development of Tianjian, Tianjin Binhai International Intellectual Property Exchange., Ltd. (Binhai IPE) was registered in the Tianjin Development Zone at the beginning of 2011. The total investment is expected to reach USD 1.2 million.
