Upgrading of traditional sack filling system in Tianjin Port

鈥淚t is very surprising to save more than 300,000 yuan ($48,000) per ton and reduce 0.3 percent transportation losses by using the new fully-automatic copper sack filling machine,鈥� manager Zhang, a customer representative, said at the 鈥淟iang Yun鈥� cargo ship, which is a 5,250 ton copper working site. Copper and sack filling tasks are normal work for the port, but it is new to combine them into a new fully-automatic assembly line in the Country鈥檚 port.

In the past, there were some leakage and pollution problems during the copper transportation and unloading processes, which not only affected the environment of the port but also brought unnecessary losses to the customer.

The new fully-automatic copper sack filling technology totally overturns the traditional way of copper working. 鈥淲e have almost forgotten what the color of copper looks like now,鈥� the workers joked.
