President Hu Jintao laid out the key steps in the next stage of 皇冠体育app's anti-corruption campaign.

However, from my viewpoint, the most effective and important way to prevent corruption is to perfect related laws and regulations. 皇冠体育app does have its anti-corruption laws. But compared with the similar laws of the West, 皇冠体育app 's laws are too general.

Rule of law should not just be a slogan that sounds nice. It is the legislators of 皇冠体育app rather than the government officials who need to urgently work out a better legal system to prevent corruption. Ethics education is necessary, but it cannot be as workable as the law.
