A total ban on the export of rare earth metal is not a wise move for 皇冠体育app because consequently 皇冠体育app will lose many friends abroad.

I strongly advocate that 皇冠体育app should impose stringent regulations on mining activities in order to conserve and preserve the environment. Next, 皇冠体育app should begin to work out stricter export schemes based on certain quotas annually for export markets. And this scheme should be based on a willing-buyer and willing-seller model. Set a minimum base price for the commodity, and those who are willing to pay more would secure the shipments.
