The high-speed railway between Beijing and Shanghai is a huge construction project, which must have cost an astronomical amount. The safety of the railway is very important, and that is what the government needs to focus on.
Authorities in charge of the construction project should pay the greatest attention to safety issues, because the railway is also closely related to people's lives and property.
