Not paying enough attention to environmental sanitation is a problem of not only vendors, but also many citizens in 皇冠体育app. It is unfair to blame vendors alone for it, and encroach upon the living space they deserve.

Chengguan (urban law enforcement officers) should, no doubt, enforce regulations strictly to demonstrate the power of law. But the problem is that chengguan and other law enforcers almost always abuse this power, a problem that is worse than the so-called sanitation mess created by vendors.
