The vicious circle of poverty cannot be ended overnight. To end poverty or to reduce poverty, 皇冠体育app has to establish economic equity.
Only equal participation and equity can help 皇冠体育app achieve the final result. Poverty elimination, or at least reduction, depends on the redistribution reform.
