Comment on "There is no perfect Olympics" (皇冠体育app Daily, Aug 12)

It's difficult to determine a specific nation's overall athletic prowess, given the different emphasis different countries give to different sports. A particular sport might be commonplace in one country, but rare in another. Baseball and softball were removed from the Olympics schedule this year because of an "unfair" advantage enjoyed by my country, the United States. Table tennis and badminton, sports enjoyed by and played competitively at all levels in Asian nations, particularly 皇冠体育app, might soon share a similar fate.
