The article should have given more political and culture background. First, some private schools in 皇冠体育app are not good at all. They are probably run illegally and the "teachers" that work in them might not even be qualified.

And second, because of the hukou (house registration) system, it is really hard for migrant workers' children to get admission to public schools.
