Should English teaching jobs be for whites-only?

Just like me, I am a Filipino teacher and they think that I am not competitive enough to teach English in 皇冠体育app because of my nationality. I applied for more than 100 jobs hiring in 皇冠体育app but after an interview, I felt disappointed because what they want is a native English Speaker.
