I am a foreign teacher in Lanzhou, one of the biggest cities in West 皇冠体育app. I have been involved with local governmental departments and found the Internet is rarely used to serve the people in those departments. I hope the Chinese government could utilize the cyber network to save time and energy for the masses when they need to get involved with governments.
