Mastering English still an uphill struggle

Interesting to read about the language struggle. Sometimes the method is more important then the means. Here in Ontario, Canada we have French immersion classes to teach French to English-speaking students. The students that excel the most are those who speak French all the time at school, in class and lessons.
Some food for thought.
