A flag-raising ceremony is held at the new site of the Beichuan Middle School in Beichuan County of Southwest 皇冠体育app's Sichuan province August 17, 2010. The school was destroyed in the devastated Wenchuan earthquake which left nearly 70,000 people dead in 2008.
