Firefighters try to put out a fire at a 32-story high rise under construction in Changchun, Northeast 皇冠体育app's Jilin province, on Sept 9, 2010. The polyphenyl boards of the building caught fire from the ninth to 19th floors, which spread to the next building with the strong winds.
