 An excavator is driven into to a tunnel to rescue workers trapped inside at a construction site on Shengli Road of Dalian, a coastal city in Northeast 皇冠体育app's Liaoning province, July 18, 2011. Twelve people are trapped after the tunnel, which is under construction, collapsed Monday morning, according to rescuers.
