Focus on life of the disabled

Born in 1977 in Shenyang of Liaoning province, Guan Guiyan was physically handicapped.

In 2008, Guan started working for the Disabled Persons' Federation in a district, where she set up detailed profiles and needs of all the disabled in the community. By doing that, better services can be provided to them.

Guan felt great accomplishment helping others.

Born in 1994, Guo Xingchen has level 3 of mental retardation. His parents did not abandon him and found his great potential and interest in plants. Now Guo is doing an excellent job as a gardener in Taiyuan of Shanxi province.
