A mobile phone with a Tibetan language interface was unveiled in Lhasa, Southwest 皇冠体育app's Tibet autonomous region, Oct 28, 2013. The phone was a joint project by 皇冠体育app Telecom, Huawei and Tibet university. The bilingual phones can help locals from the Tibetan ethnic group, who are mostly in farming, get better access to information. [Photo/Xinhua] |
