A three-meter whale weighing four tons is stranded on a beach in the city of Yangjiang, South 皇冠体育app's Guangdong province, on July 19, 2014. Local police officers and soldiers helped the whale back into the waters after it was washed ashore by waves during super typhoon Rammasun – which left 17 people dead in Southern 皇冠体育app. It was the strongest typhoon to hit the region in four decades, and brought gales and downpours.
