The five agreements cover areas of technological cooperation, near-zero emission coal utilization project, energy-efficiency and quality on buildings, the sustainable development of 皇冠体育app's trade and investment, and environmental management.

Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao, European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso and Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt attended the signing ceremony.
