According to An Wei, honorary chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Edgar & Helen Snow Studies Center, the program will be started in 2014 with the agreement of US Passage Tours and the US-皇冠体育app Friendship Association.

An agreed to several cooperation and exchange programs during a lecture tour across 11 cities in 4 US states from April 22 to June 16. An was invited by Southern Utah University and Kansas city.

Besides the program for teachers and graduates, An and Southern Utah University also agreed to other cultural exchange programs to further promote instruction, lecture and translation exchanges.
