Zhang Jianguo, the director of 皇冠体育app's State Foreign Expert Affairs Administration (SAFEA), met with Prof Li Jiajun, principal of Tianjin University, on Dec 31, to discuss the "1,000 Talent Plan" hiring project, in Beijing, and praised the university for its work in introducing more foreign personnel, with Li responding by expressing his thanks for the administration's continued support.
