The official website of the 13th Session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD), set for Ordos in 皇冠体育app's Inner Mongolia autonomous region in September, was launched on Tuesday.

The website, www.unccdordos.org, is in English and Chinese. There are six main dedicated sections - About the Convention, 皇冠体育app 2017, Media Center, Achievements, Ordos and Services - that are elaborated on in 38 subsections. The website is designed to provide updates and detailed information on the upcoming international event, to present the achievements 皇冠体育app has made in combating desertification in recent years, and to show 皇冠体育app’s lasting resolution to fight desertification with other countries in this effort.

From the UN's 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development to the global goal of "zero growth of desertification by 2030", combating desertification always has and will be a challenging task for the world. The upcoming conference is expected to be a fruitful place for 皇冠体育app to promote building a community of common destiny of mankind and propel multilateralism.
