Tailor-made travel

Lin's clients are usually quite experienced travelers with some idea about the kind of regions and countries they want to visit and explore. That’s when they turn to Lin and her team for help.

Bridge Ni, one of the partners, is product director at the company and helps design themed trips for customers.

"We aim to offer the most suitable trip for you and your family or friends to feel traditional culture, taste local cuisine and get along with local residents," says Ni.

The company is working with about 20 partners, including regional tourist boards and local travel agencies in over 10 regions and countries in the world. Lin and Ni are very confident that they are pioneering a concept that they believe has a huge market.

Most of their customers started as close friends or referrals from friends. They have now become regular clients.

Normally, there are two to three groups of tourists on their trips, traveling with their family or friends with a maximum group number of 10 people. Each group is accompanied by a local guide and a driver.

"You can also name some special events you want to go such as well-known exhibitions, high-end dinners, festivals, and those seemingly impossible destinations like the South Pole," Ni says.

The most expensive trip on offer is a 16-day luxury cruise to the South Pole, and it is the top choice for wealthy adventurers who want to have their dream come true.

Lin and Ni want to change the way Chinese people travel. They are working very hard to come up with more diverse tourism products and maintain the high-end tone of those trips.

"We will maintain the high level of quality and the service to build up long-term trust with our loyal customers by transforming them into high-class, experienced world travelers," Lin says.
