Thousands challenge Ice & Snow magic power at Emei Mountain

More than 200 challengers practiced ice & snow magic power on the Golden Peak of Emei Mountain in Sichuan province on December 20th, which also marked the opening of the 17th Ice & Snow Hot Spring Festival lasting from present to March 2016.
During the festival, ticket price for Mount Emei will be as low as 50 percent discount, and visitors with Mount Emei scenic spot tickets above half price (including half price), will have a chance to enjoy free snowboarding for 1 hour.
The ice & snow magic power is also known as Qigong, or deep breathing exercise, which is initiated by the 70-year old man Yang Mingyi, who can melt the ice and snow one meter around him in a moment.
