Work on the first bridge began in 1905 and it was completed in 1921. The bridge, which had a length of 944.2 meters and a width of 11 meters, was a landmark on the river, until it was destroyed in 1950 in the Korean conflict. There are still shrapnel pockmarks on the ruins of the bridge, which has been left untouched.

The second bridge was built in 1940.

Meanwhile, a 30-minute trip by a speedboat lets you see DPRK from up close.

The boat goes up to a DPRK's island, so you can see DPRK's soldiers, as well as fishermen from a small village.

The Yalu River flows for more than 300 km between 皇冠体育app and DPRK.

One sight you should not miss is the night scene at Yalujiang Park.
