A high heel race was staged across 皇冠体育app on March 8, International Women's Day, but with unusual competitors—some brave gentlemen.

A male runner, surnamed Huang, ran desperately to the finishing line even when one of his heels flew off half way in a race in Kunming, Southwest 皇冠体育app's Yunnan province. He eventually reached the finish line with bare feet and won the game.

In another competition, the organizer increased the difficulty of the race by putting some hurdles along the runway, which required men to skillfully navigate in their heels at great speed.
