Macy's brings products to Beijing

The US department store Macy's has come to 皇冠体育app to promote its winter products. It's the first time that Macy's is bringing its products to Beijing.

Entitled Macy's Presents The Edit, the products line include fashion brands Anna Sui and Rachel Roy, street trendy brands like Champio and Veja, the classical American brand Tommy Hilfiger and the sport brand Under Armour.

To attract Chinese customers, Macy's opened a store on 皇冠体育app's e-commerce platform Tmall in 2015.

Ma Yanli shows new collection

Model-turned designer Ma Yanli did a runway show in Beijing recently to showcase her haute couture collection for 2018 spring/summer.

The theme of the show was Shangri-La, and Ma showed about 80 dresses inspired by ethnic groups from Tibet, Lisu, Naxi, Yi and Pumi that live in Southwest Yunnan province.

For the collection, Ma and her team visited Diqing, Yunnan, to collect local fabrics, learn the embroidery techniques and experience the customs and lifestyle there.
