TRIPOLI - Mutassim, the fourth son of Libya's Muammar Gadhafi, had been arrested in the fallen leader's hometown of Sirte, Mohamed Taynaz, a senior defense official in Libya's ruling National Transitional Council (NTC) told Xinhua on Wednesday.
